Question: How to enable email reminder?

Answer: To enable email reminders, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Please go to File->Customize->Email Reminder. Check "Enable Email Reminder Engine" and input a valid SMTP Server information. Click the "OK" button to save it.

Step 2: Select any resource then click Resource->Edit Resource menu item. A resource editor window will appear. Check the "When reminder fires, send email to " checkbox and input one or more valid email addresses. Click the "OK" button to save it.

Step 3: Create or edit any event, and check the "Reminder" checkbox. Click the "Save and Close" button to save it.

Step 4. Done.

Now any event with a reminder will trigger an email sent to the owner resource's email(s) when that reminder fires.
